Calgary Project Manager for Developments

Sarina Homes is looking for a devoted Project Manager to lead multifamily and mixed-use projects in Calgary. This full-time role involves overseeing construction management, budget control, and collaboration with various stakeholders. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in spearheading multifamily developments from pre-construction through to completion. Your expertise will ensure the management of budgets, schedules, permits, and contracts while maintaining design integrity. This position demands strong leadership and effective communication across all teams involved in the project. Key Responsibilities: • Lead multifamily projects through pre-construction and construction phases • Oversee project execution from start to finish • Manage budgets, schedules, and contract administration • Review architectural and engineering drawings • Mentor junior project staff and foster collaboration Requirements: • At least 10 years’ experience in project management • Master’s Degree in relevant field • Proven track record in residential and commercial development • Strong proficiency with Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Utilize your extensive experience to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment at Sarina Homes.
