Your Role In a Nutshell • Serve as a strategic HR leader, providing executive guidance on all aspects of talent management, organizational development, and people strategy. • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans. • Shape the company’s culture, policies, and workforce strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide executive oversight of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. • Develop and implement people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent in a competitive SaaS market. • Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and industry best practices. • Guide organizational design and workforce planning, supporting scaling and rapid growth initiatives. • Advise executives on employee engagement, retention, and culture-building strategies. • Lead and mentor internal HR team members, establishing HR best practices and operational discipline. • Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), learning and development, and leadership development programs. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex employee relations matters, succession planning, and executive development. • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, optimize systems, and implement innovative talent management solutions. Qualifications • 10+ years of senior executive HR experience (CHRO, VP of HR, or equivalent) in high-growth, fast-paced companies. • Proven experience providing strategic, executive-level HR leadership across multiple business functions. • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, HR compliance, and workforce planning. • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. • Track record of building high-performing teams and a strong company culture. • Experience implementing HR systems and modern HR technology platforms.
