Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Manager, FP&A (Mississauga)The OpportunityOur client is seeking a high-impact Manager, FP&A to partner closely with senior leadership and drive strategic financial planning. This role offers strong visibility across the business, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while delivering actionable insights to support growth and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead long-term financial planning, including maintaining and enhancing strategic modelsOwn quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across business unitsDeliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear insight into key driversPartner with business leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and investment decisionsDevelop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital allocationOversee month-end reporting for corporate overhead and present results to executive leadershipPrepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and board-level materialsSupport investor-facing processes, including financial models and external reporting alignmentDrive process improvements and support ad hoc analysis and special projectsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
