<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience, delivering high-impact results that contribute to strategic growth. You will need to work closely with customers, senior management, cross-functional project teams, and external resources. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated, decisive, and collaborative leader with diplomatic and motivational skills, and the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong project management expertise, customer relationship management skills, and technical knowledge, with the ability to successfully drive projects to completion while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.</span></p>
<h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">How you'll make an impact:</span></h1>

<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management for the project.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define project goals and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define high-level work plans, key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage project issues, risks, and changes in scope to mitigate impact to customer experience and critical path deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues — communicating across leadership.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead initiatives to establish best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collect customer feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes & best practices.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coach, mentor and motivate more junior Customer Delivery Managers.</span></li>

<h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">What you'll bring to the role:</span></h1>

<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5-8 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is an asset.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred. </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel. A passport is required.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion while managing the right balance of process without burdening the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature our service solutions.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Jira.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset. Government experience is highly valued.</span></li>

Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data.
