We're looking for a Senior Partner Technical Engineer to own the technical enablement experience for Dialpad's partner network: designing and delivering hands-on workshops, building lab environments, certifying partners on our latest products, and driving the pipeline that flows from a well-trained partner base.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of technical depth and teaching. You'll work closely with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams to translate Dialpad's product roadmap into partner-ready training programs — from our CDP 2.0 certification tracks, Agentic AI boot camps, Global Lunch &amp; Learns, and Global Summits.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">What you'll do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage marketing launch coordination and drive channel-driven attendance and registration for every event.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead the Lunch &amp; Learn roadshow series, currently active across 18 NA cities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop comprehensive lab guides with subject-matter experts across all product families.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments used in live training events.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create and maintain technical playbooks for each product family (Connect, CX, Agentic AI, Managed Services).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own technical LMS content within Docebo, keeping certification material current with product releases.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deliver Capstone certification grading and validation across all four CDP 2.0 tracks, plus bi-annual recertification.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Validate new product introductions (NPI) and coordinate content updates with SE teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution: measure ROI and training effectiveness per event and report results to leadership.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the goal of 100% Strategic Partner certification by the end of Q2 FY27 and 50 Agentic-certified partners by year-end.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Skills you'll bring</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms — Dialpad product knowledge a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent project management skills — you can run a multi-city event calendar without dropping a ball.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Comfortable owning outcomes: you track pipeline attribution, survey results, and certification completion, not just event attendance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
