VP/Director of Finance

Vice President, Finance & Accounting (GTA – Onsite)Our client, a Canadian division of a global, publicly traded organization, is seeking a VP of Finance & Accounting to lead their national finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning in a ~$60M business.The RoleReporting to the CEO/President and partnering closely with the Global CFO, you will:Lead all accounting, reporting, and finance operations (IFRS environment)Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningEnsure compliance with lenders, auditors, and corporate reporting requirementsDrive cash flow management, credit oversight, and banking relationshipsLead ERP optimization and reporting tools (SAP B1, PowerBI)Support integration initiatives, including systems and process alignmentEstablish and enhance internal controls, audit readiness, and governanceAct as a key finance partner to executive leadership and global stakeholdersLeadership ScopeManage and develop a team of ~7Play a key role in integration and transformation initiativesBalance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
