The Government of Alberta's Digital Design and Delivery Division is seeking an experienced Senior Front End Designer. You will collaborate with Agile teams to create accessible and engaging digital experiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in UX design, accessibility, and design systems to drive digital transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: • Design user-centered digital experiences for government services • Develop UX deliverables like wireframes and prototypes • Produce specifications aligned with corporate standards • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and iterate designs • Conduct usability tests and accessibility reviews
Requirements: • 2+ years as a Front-End Designer in digital services • Proficiency in UX artifacts and design tools • Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Human-Centered Design experience preferred
