The opportunity
Utility Success is how Senpilot turns a signed contract into a utility that actually runs on AI. We're hiring a Utility Success Manager (Customer Success) to work directly with the VP, Utility Success on the team's hardest problems: getting deployments live, driving adoption, and building the playbooks that let this function scale.
This is a rare seat: small team, big surface area, real ownership from day one. You'll spend half your time embedded with utility customers and half building the systems that compound everything we do next.
What you'll do
• Embed with utility customers, from C-suite to field engineers, to drive trust, adoption, and expansion
• Diagnose customer pain, translate it into product direction, and partner with Engineering to ship
• Build the operating system for Utility Success: playbooks, dashboards, success metrics, account plans
• Use data to prioritize and measure impact
• Own product and process improvement projects end-to-end
What we're looking for
• Background in management consulting, venture, or product, customer success, or generalist roles at a high-growth, tech-forward company
• Track record of moving from problem to shipped implementation in ambiguous environments, with comfort in operational detail
• Strong, engaging communicator: you can meet people where they are, build trust quickly, and can rally a room around what AI can do for their utility
• High ownership: you move fast, don't need perfect conditions to make progress, and want to have fun doing it
• Customer instinct: you love talking to users, uncover real pain, and translate it into product direction
• Strong data analytics instincts: our product is built on ingesting and working with customer data, and your f
