Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Oversee inventory accuracy and implement effective inventory management systems. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall business objectives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or operations. Proven track record in managing large warehouse teams and optimizing operational processes. Strong understanding of inventory management, WMS systems, and logistics best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
