Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Agent with knowledge of the wheels and tools industry to join our dynamic team in Calgary. This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and proactively developing business opportunities across Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.
Key Responsibilities
•
Handle inbound calls while providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer needs.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
•
Make outbound sales calls to promote Thibert products and identify new business opportunities.
•
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
•
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in the wheels and tools industry is considered an asset.
•
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
•
French language skills (spoken and written) are considered an asset.
•
Comfortable using computer applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
