Elevate data analysis capabilities as a Business Analyst with the NRC Reporting & Analytics team. This hybrid position focuses on translating business needs into actionable data solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be integral in shaping data-driven initiatives within the NRC's Chief Information Officer Branch.
This role involves close collaboration with various technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that analytical frameworks align with business objectives. Your capability to identify challenges and provide actionable insights will contribute significantly to the team's success over this one-year contract. Key Responsibilities:
• Create business analysis documentation, including functional specifications
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
• Identify opportunities for enhancements through data analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and ensure clarity in communications
• Oversee data validation and user acceptance testing processes Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in managing business and data requirements
• Capability in using SQL and data visualization tools
• Agile environment experience, preferably with Azure DevOps or Jira
