Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems, implementing corrective actions as needed. Manage farm equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, repair, and safe operation. Develop and manage farm budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource utilization. Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of produce. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols for all farm activities and personnel. Contribute to strategic planning for farm expansion and the introduction of new crop varieties. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management, with a significant focus on organic farming. Proven experience in managing crop production cycles, including planning, execution, and harvest. Strong knowledge of organic farming principles, pest and disease management, and soil science. Experience with irrigation systems and water management techniques. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in farm management software and data tracking.
