THE ROLE The Administrative Assistant - Soldier On organizes, administers and assists with the delivery of the Soldier On program and assist Soldier On staff with organizing travel and event such as accommodation and travel arrangements, processing travel claims, booking rental vehicles and other travel or event related matters. The incumbent provides administrative support to Soldier On including inputting data into the database, verification of eligibility, preparing supporting documentation, mailing, and calendar maintenance and monitors the Soldier On positional mailbox; The incumbent verifies, obtains proper approval, forward invoices/financial documents to accounting for processing and file accordingly.
