Lead transformational change in private lending at Mortgage Automator as a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Manage premium clients while enhancing their digital transition. This key role challenges you to oversee the operational efficiencies of complex private lenders. Focused on growth and retention, you'll leverage your expertise to bridge their business goals with our software functionalities. Your strategic approach will be pivotal for our clients' long-term success. Key Responsibilities: • Own the client portfolio post-onboarding and drive NRR • Analyze and enhance client usage of our platform • Identify account growth opportunities and upsell features • Serve as the Voice of the Customer within the company • Mentor juniors and improve Success Playbook standards Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management • Experience managing over $1M in ARR • Deep knowledge of private lending processes • Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM tools • Strong grasp of mortgage landscape regulations in North America Use your executive communication and analytical skills to empower private lenders on their digital journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
