Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the Marketing Department, manage the marketingbudget, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Manage one direct report(Content Creator) to ensure brand alignment and high-quality execution.
• Agency & Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with external agencies and third-party vendors to execute digital and traditional campaigns efficiently.
• Multi-Channel Growth: Develop and implement robust growth strategies across SEM, SEO, and paid/organic social media to drive customer acquisition andincrease conversions.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Plan and oversee the content strategy for our website, email newsletters, and social media channels.
Oversee the creation of optimized content, ensuring SEO best practices and using data for continuous improvement.
• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, visual appeal, andperformance of the company website, monitoring metrics and implementing userengagement improvements.
• Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Plan, segment, and execute targeted emailmarketing and automation campaigns, tracking performance to maximize ROI.
• Traditional & Print Marketing: Coordinate non-digital projects, overseeing the design, production, and installation of physical collateral (sample boards, brochures, flyers, banners, and posters).
• Events & Outreach: Plan and coordinate company presence at trade shows, marketing events, and community outreach activities.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams toprovide comprehensive marketing toolkits and ensure cohesive brandmessaging.
• Proficient in utilizing AI marketing tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Jasper,Midjourney) to streamline content creation, SEO optimization, and workflowefficiency.
What you bring:
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proventrack record of managing multi-channel campaigns (experience in home services,construction, or solar is a major plus).
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing direct reports and successfully leadingexternal agencies/vendors.
• Digital & Automation Savvy: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Google Ads),social media analytics, and marketing automation/email platformsspecificallyOrtto, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven professional capable of analyzing metrics,measuring campaign ROI, and optimizing marketing budgets.
• Project Management: Manage physical collateral production, event planning, and digital strategy simultaneously.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability tocollaborate smoothly across departments.
