About this role
We’re looking for a HubSpot-expert Email Marketing Manager to lead our communication strategy for a database of over 500,000 contacts. This isn’t just about newsletters; it’s about managing high‑volume, highly segmented journeys for a diverse range of SMB industries.
In this role, you’ll act as the architect of our customer lifecycle, balancing complex HubSpot/Salesforce automation with high‑converting creative.

Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage end‑to‑end email initiatives, including newsletters, promotions, and onboarding sequences.
• Audience Segmentation: Ensure precise targeting by managing schedules, automation, and effective audience segmentation.
• Platform Mastery: Use HubSpot for campaign setup and workflow execution, while leveraging Salesforce CRM for data‑driven targeting.
• Content & Design: Write high‑converting copy and collaborate on visually effective email templates and layouts.
• Automation & Journeys: Develop and maintain sophisticated automated journeys for lead nurturing and long‑term engagement.
• Optimization & Testing: Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to continuously improve engagement metrics.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions) to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• AI Innovation: Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve marketing effectiveness and personalization.
Requirements
• Rich Experience: 5+ years in email focused marketing roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong, recent hands‑on experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strategic Execution: Ability to manage the full campaign lifecycle from initial planning through launch.
• Marketing Mechanics: Deep understanding of automation, customer journey orchestration, and list health.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in lead generation or B2C sectors (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Mortgages, or E‑commerce).
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate campaign data into improved conversion rates.
• Communication Skills: Strong copywriting expertise with an eye for design and template structure.
• Forward‑Thinking: A genuine interest in AI and the ability to find thoughtful ways to apply it to email marketing.
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 a year
