In this senior advisory role, you will partner with sector leaders and project teams to foster a culture of quality across Canada. Your focus will include analyzing quality KPIs, influencing project compliance, and promoting alignment with WSP's Quality Management System. You'll be instrumental in shaping continuous improvement initiatives while leveraging your experience in quality management.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic quality advisory support to leadership teams • Champion alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS) • Analyze quality data and identify improvement trends • Influence project compliance throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with HSSEQ teams and quality resources
Requirements: • Bilingual in French and English • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management • 8+ years in quality management roles • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies • Proven data translation into actionable recommendations
