Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement. Your expertise will drive organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities • Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and conducting interviews to attract top talent across various departments. • Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement programs. • Manage HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and ADP to maintain accurate data collection and reporting. • Drive process improvement projects related to payroll administration (using systems like ADP, Kronos), onboarding procedures, and HR workflows to enhance efficiency. • Coordinate training & development programs aimed at skill enhancement and leadership growth while managing budgets for these initiatives. • Supervise HR team members in daily operations including recruiting activities, HR sourcing strategies, negotiation processes, and compliance adherence. • Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining high employee morale. Qualifications • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing complex HR functions. • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes including interviewing techniques and HR sourcing methods. • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro. • Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, Ceridian or Workday payroll modules. • Strong data analysis skills for collecting insights from HR metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of change management principles and experience implementing organizational development initiatives. • Experience in construction or electrical industry would be an asset.
