Job Information Company Name: 1252861 BC LTD. dba Chicko Chicken Austin Coquitlam Business Address: D-1064 Austin Ave. Coquitlam, BC, Canada, V3K 3P3 Working Location: D-1064 Austin Ave. Coquitlam, BC, Canada, V3K 3P3 Wage: $40.00/hour Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% gross salary Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 Position: Operations Manager Language of Work: English Job Duties: • contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; identify trends; implement production, quality and customer service standards. • Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating our food and attract customers by developing and implementing marketing, and advertising. • Establish company business plan by preparing financial, marketing, sales, analyses and estimates. • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way; maintains operations by implementing policies, system improvements and standard operating procedures. • Manage and supervise staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and monitoring. • Manage budgets and forecasts, and accomplish our company goals. • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability; knowledge of budgets, inventory’s cost control. • Maintain safe and healthy facility environment and security systems. Skills requirements: - Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related in this field is required. - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in related field is required.
