About this role

Elevate youth mental health research as a Quantitative Data Analyst at the University of Calgary. This full-time role involves data management, analysis, and collaboration to enhance Integrated Youth Services in Alberta. The Faculty of Social Work seeks an experienced Quantitative Data Analyst for a fixed-term position. You will engage in the entire data lifecycle and work closely with a multidisciplinary team, community partners, and youth to develop a Learning Health System. Key focus includes co-designing data practices and supporting the analytical needs of ongoing research efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop accessible data collection processes • Integrate and clean large, complex datasets • Conduct multivariate analyses on survey data • Create user-friendly dashboards for diverse audiences • Collaborate with teams on data governance and compliance Requirements: • Master's degree in a relevant field • Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis • Proficiency with SAS, STATA, Python, or R • Strong communication and organization skills • Experience with youth-focused research is an asset Contribute your analytical expertise to enhance youth services through data-driven insights at the University of Calgary.
