Senior Technical Business Analyst - Insight Global (Vancouver)

JOB DESCRIPTION 6 Month Contract – High Possibility of Extensions. Onsite 4 days/week Vancouver, BC – 1 Day Remote. Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in iOS-focused projects to support multiple high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience and is skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating closely with architects and cross-functional teams. This role requires hands‑on experience with tools such as Workday, Figma, Jira, and Confluence, as well as familiarity with AWS environments and third-party API integrations. You will be responsible for driving insights through KPIs and performance metrics while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Based in Vancouver, this position requires an in‑office presence four days per week and offers the opportunity to contribute to key projects with immediate impact. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Hands‑on experience with Figma, with a strong emphasis on iOS-focused projects • Proven experience working with KPIs and performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with architects • Experience working with AWS environments and integrating third-party APIs • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
