Role Overview
As Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Naboo’s event marketing program across North America.
Your primary objective will be to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and build a scalable event engine that delivers measurable business impact.
You will own the full event lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Planning
• Develop and manage the annual event marketing calendar, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, executive dinners, and proprietary events.
• Define goals, target audiences, budgets, formats, and success metrics for each initiative.
• Prioritize events based on expected business impact, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and partnership opportunities.
• Identify new event opportunities that support Naboo’s growth objectives.
2. End-to-End Event Execution
• Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, booth operations, signage, swag, catering, staffing, and travel coordination.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure flawless execution and a best-in-class attendee experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site during events.
3. Demand Generation & Sales Activation
• Build and execute event marketing campaigns, including invitations, promotional content, nurture sequences, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with Brand and Content teams to develop event assets such as landing pages, presentations, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
• Work closely with Sales to drive meeting bookings, prospect engagement, and pipeline creation before, during, and after events.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through targeted event experiences.
4. Measurement, Insights & Optimization
• Implement event tracking frameworks using CRM, attribution tools, registration platforms, and attendee engagement data.
• Analyze event performance and attendee feedback through surveys, NPS, and post-event reviews.
• Build performance reports highlighting pipeline contribution, ROI, attendee engagement, and business outcomes.
• Continuously improve processes, templates, and best practices through an evolving event playbook.
5. Budget Ownership & Vendor Management
• Build and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with venues, suppliers, and event partners.
• Monitor expenses and maintain strong financial discipline while delivering premium experiences.
