Role Description Lead marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and revenue-focused growth initiatives across healthcare markets. Own campaigns, messaging, content, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. Work closely with leadership to expand market presence and commercial traction. We are open to engaging the right candidate on a full-time, fractional, consultant, or freelance basis, depending on experience and fit. Qualifications • Strong track record in B2B marketing, healthcare, SaaS, regulated industries, or enterprise growth. • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze and interpret industry trends. • Proficiency in Marketing Management and strategy development, including campaign execution and performance tracking. • Strong expertise in Sales and Marketing to support collaboration with the sales team for business growth. • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional projects. • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is highly desirable. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
