Reporting to the Director of Logistics Cement, you will lead the Customer Value Centre, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. Your leadership will also facilitate collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the CVC manager and staff performance management
• Enhance delivery timelines and efficiency
• Negotiate with third-party transportation providers
• Maintain accurate freight rate administration
• Monitor departmental key performance metrics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 7+ years of experience in cement or logistics
• Strong skills in MS Office and ERP proficiency
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Proven strategic problem-solving abilities
