Your role involves shaping marketing plans, launching customer-focused initiatives, and crafting win-back strategies for lapsed customers. You will partner with various teams to enhance loyalty programs and drive the usage of the ShopPlus extension. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans for customer engagement
