📝 Rquirements:
- Were seeking someone with 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally including information or records management.
- Consulting or client-facing project delivery experience is important.
- You should have a solid understanding of information management and records governance best practices; experience with the oil and gas lifecycle is a plus.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, including the ability to lead workshops, prepare plans, and clearly explain recommendations.
- You need to be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Planner.
- You should be skilled at bringing order to complexity, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.
- We prefer candidates who can reliably commute to or relocate to Calgary, AB before starting.
- Business analyst experience of 3 years is preferred.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- We will have you guide clients through migrations from network drives to Microsoft 365.
- You will analyze legacy information and design future-state structures.
- You will map data into the new structure.
- You will collaborate with technical teams to support migration delivery.
- You will facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for clients and project teams.
- You will develop clear, practical recommendations and help implement them.
- You will support change management through training, documentation, and adoption planning.
- You will act as the link between business needs, technical solutions, and end users.
- You will assess and streamline document-intensive business processes.
- You will design governance frameworks and information management strategies.
- You will lead document migration and training initiatives.
- You will help teams adopt more secure and efficient ways of working.
