The Marketing Manager role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Everyday Banking Marketing. With 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, you will leverage branch performance analytics and collaborate with internal and external partners. You'll develop strategic plans to maximize opportunities while minimizing risks within BMO's branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion marketing for Chequing and Savings accounts
• Monitor and develop channel performance analytics
• Build relationships with regional program managers
• Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities
