About this role
Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processesPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial resultsOversee management reporting and performance analysisLead the monthly reporting and consolidation processProvide insights into key business drivers and financial performanceSupport executive reporting and presentationsPartner with leaders across the organization to support decision-makingManage and develop a small finance teamParticipate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
