We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with over 15 Years of proven expertise in project management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Proficiency in both English and Canadian French is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential issues.
• Implement best practices in project management, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a complex environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Canadian French, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Expertise in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Skills:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ Years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Fluency in English and Canadian French, both written and verbal.
