Elevate your HR career with WestJet as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, where you will empower leaders and enhance team dynamics. This in-person role requires collaboration five days a week.As a key resource in this role, you will support both unionized and non-unionized groups by facilitating effective coaching sessions and employee relations guidance. You'll work within a distinguished People and Culture team to help implement strategies that focus on workforce engagement and retention. Your ability to analyze data and manage workplace investigations will be crucial.Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies
• Provide consulting on performance and talent management
• Leverage workforce data for actionable recommendations
• Facilitate conflict resolution meetings and investigations
• Maintain effective relationships with Unions and other stakeholdersRequirements:
• 4-6 years of HR experience in a Generalist role
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources essential
• Strong MS Suite proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian Labour Code
