We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help shape end-to-end business journeys by translating complex needs into clear requirements. This role emphasizes business insight, journey mapping, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure user-centered solutions that drive measurable value. You will work with business leaders and product teams to define the initiative goals, and partner with technical analysts and engineers to deliver effective outcomes. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Help bring to life two key Global Wealth Management (GWM) Journeys with a focus on creating consistency, scalability, and competitive differentiation for GWM including Client Discovery, inclusive of all GWM .com sites & Conversion & Onboarding Lead discovery to understand business goals, user needs, and pain points in wealth management Develop and update journey maps for customers and advisors, highlighting opportunities and dependencies Break down complex problems into actionable themes, epics, and user stories with clear criteria Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and value delivery Translate business outcomes into structured requirements, user stories, and process flows Keep requirements aligned with strategic objectives throughout delivery Serve as a trusted partner for stakeholders, owners, and leadership Lead sessions and discussions to drive alignment and clarity Communicate trade-offs, impacts, and dependencies in business terms Analyze current processes to find inefficiencies, risks, and improvement areas Support design of future-state processes for better client, advisor, and operational experiences Help manage change by ensuring readiness, documentation, and stakeholder buy-in Work with technical and delivery teams to reflect business intent in solutions Support incident discussions with business context, impact assessment, and prioritization Assist in identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments Preferred experience with public websites and onboarding experiences A solid understanding of wealth management, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred Proven experience with customer journey mapping, story mapping, and value driven backlog design An ability to think holistically across channels, systems, and user personas The ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured insights and actionable outcomes Strong critical thinking with a focus on delivering business value Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to executive and operational audiences Experience facilitating workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments The ability to partner with technology teams while remaining grounded in business outcomes rather than technical implementation
