Our client is in search of a Senior Accountant to support its finance operations. Ideal candidates will possess a CPA and a minimum of 3-6 years in accounting, particularly with large organizations. Responsibilities will include financial analyses, managing audits, and maintaining compliance with IFRS standards while contributing to business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements in conformity with IFRS
• Evaluate account variances and provide analytical insights
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Conduct technical accounting research and enhance internal controls
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Required CPA designation
• 3-6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
