Job Title Senior Product Manager – Platform Services Location Hybrid Mississauga or Canada – Remote (Hybrid within commutable distance to Mississauga or Salt Lake City office) Travel Requirements • Travel to office events: onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings. • Hybrid mode: weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly events in the office with your team. • Remote mode: travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for required events. Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager – Platform Services at PointClickCare, you will contribute to the vision and strategy of foundational platform capabilities that power products across the company. You will define and own roadmaps, and drive the execution and delivery of APIs and shared services that deliver value to internal product teams and end users. Key Responsibilities • Own strategy and the multi‑year roadmap for your product areas, achieving strategic outcomes and increasing wallet share. • Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points. • Prioritize product investments and trade‑offs using data‑driven analysis and good judgment to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment. • Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile processes and Design Thinking to ensure concepts are valuable and feasible. • Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases. • Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers. • Participate in industry events and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert. • Understand the competitive landscape. • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross‑functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study. • 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer‑facing capabilities. • Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration. • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus. • Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products. • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency to day‑to‑day product work, including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication. • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus. • Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $133,200 – $148,000 (Canada) + bonus + benefits. The range is the target for new hire salaries for this position across all Canada locations.
