A Day in the Life As the Assistant Marketing Manager for L'Oréal Professionnel in our Montreal office, you will take on a pivotal dual role. You will be responsible for the full product management of our professional styling and tools categories, while also leading merchandising projects across the entire brand, strengthening our partnership with salon professionals across Canada. Your key responsibilities will include: • Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the styling and tools categories by developing launch strategies, promotional calendars, and integrated 360 marketing campaigns, partnering with global teams to create powerful Canadian go-to-market plans. • Brand Merchandising & Activation: Lead all brand merchandising projects, creating and implementing impactful in-salon and point-of-sale materials to animate launches and support the sales team. • Business & Financial Management: Take ownership of your categories by managing the budget effectively, ensuring sales forecast accuracy, and monitoring sell-in/sell-out performance to inform your strategy. • Collaborative Leadership: Act as a brand champion by mobilizing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Education, Logistics) and partner agencies to execute your vision with excellence. You are a great match if you have: • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty industry. • The ability to translate market trends and professional insights into effective strategies. • An entrepreneurial mindset that leads with purpose and a desire to make an impact. • Fluency in both English and French. • Strong skills in Project Management, Market & Consumer Insight, Collaborative Leadership, Communication, and Analysis.
