Lead Data Analyst
Job Type: Temporary – 1 year contract

Salary: Starting at $96K
The Role
As a member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, the Lead Data Analyst partners with multiple departments, including Global Marketing, Category Management, Shared Services & Finance, Global Technology, and Business Unit Leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work on a new, growing team within a large organization.
What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced and interactive Power BI dashboards to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, understanding their priorities and providing data‑driven guidance to support decision‑making. Collaborate across teams to frame analytical problems, design solutions, and drive execution of insights. Present findings clearly and effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, tailoring messaging to different audiences. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts to promote best practices in analytics, visualization, and stakeholder engagement. Set the technical direction for coding practices using Python/R, PySpark, SQL, and cloud‑based tools (Snowflake, Databricks). Oversee development of robust, scalable codebases, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Leverage GenAI to enable self‑service analytics at scale. Follow defined project management processes and participate in agile ceremonies. What You’ll Need Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience 4+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with leadership experience preferred. Knowledge And Skills Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python/R. Experience with PySpark, Snowflake, and Databricks is a plus. Experience with DevOps/MLOps and CI/CD processes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;
able to influenceexecutives and cross‑functional teams. Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills;
