Join Top Down as a Talent & People Partner based in Vancouver, where you will lead end-to-end recruiting and provide HR support across portfolio companies. This position is ideal for someone eager to diversify their recruitment skills in the innovative SaaS and MSP sectors. As a Talent & People Partner, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, including sales and technical positions.
In a high-ownership environment, you will also assist with HR generalist tasks such as onboarding and employee relations. Your multi-client comfort will be key as you adapt to various company cultures and needs throughout your day. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle hiring for sales, admin, and tech roles
• Source candidates through networks and AI tools
• Conduct intake calls, screening, and debriefs
• Support HR Coordinator tasks including onboarding
• Enhance processes for better HR efficiency Requirements:
• 3–5 years in full-cycle recruiting
• Strong multi-client adaptability
• AI knowledge for recruiting efficiency
• Excellent communication skills
