Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a team of Supervisors and enforcement officers
• Execute planning for daily enforcement activities
• Analyze workload distribution and performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with municipal by-laws and policies
• Coordinate responses to events and public safety concerns
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice
• 5-7 years in a leadership role within enforcement
• Strong understanding of municipal and provincial enforcement laws
• Proven experience in operational management and metrics
• Valid Class G driver’s licence mandatory
