Responsibilities • Accurate input of client engagement details into MNP’s database based on information provided by team members • Updating current clients’ annual assessment data with corresponding workflow assignments in MNP’s database • Process client source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies • Resolve deficiencies by using prescribed procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution • Verify data input into MNP’s client database by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data • Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all requested data entry • Monitor and update MNP’s database as required • Retrieve data from Municipal property assessment websites for team members upon request • Uphold electronic filing systems Requirements • At least 2 years of data entry experience in a professional working environment • Sharp eye for detail to ensure data is entered accurately • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of information while performing multiple tasks simultaneously • The ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment • Takes initiative and has a strong interest to learn • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-haves • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset Benefits • Generous base pay • Vacation time • 4 paid personal days • Group pension plan with 4% matching • Voluntary savings products • Bonus programs • Flexible benefits • Mental health resources • Exclusive access to perks and discounts • Professional development assistance • MNP University • Flexible ‘Dress For Your Day’ environment • Firm sponsored social events
