Key Responsibilities
• Lead customer engagements from start to successful completion
• Cultivate trusted client relationships to drive growth
• Define and manage project scope, resources, and budgets
• Monitor SLA and KPI compliance and proactively manage risks
• Apply Agile and ITIL methodologies in operations
Requirements
• 5+ years in ERP/CRM technology roles
• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementations
• Proven project management and client success skills
• Agile Certification (CSM), ITIL or PMP preferred
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Management
