About this role

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of the office and provide administrative assistance to the Boss. The successful candidate will help with scheduling, communication, document preparation, and general office tasks. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Boss. • Schedule appointments and manage calendars. • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records. • Assist with data entry and basic reporting. • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members. • Perform general office duties as assigned. Requirements • Currently enrolled in a university program or have completed a university degree. • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Professional and positive attitude. • Must have access to and be able to bring their own laptop for work purposes. Preferred Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
