About this role

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to: Define and scale end-to-end integration flows between CRMs, marketing platforms, and customer systems; Identify integrations' risks, gaps, and points of failure, and prioritize stabilization actions; Participate in the design of integrations including APIs, events, payloads, error handling and monitoring; Ensure alignment of integrations with the target architecture and enterprise standards; Manage and prioritize the backlog of marketing integrations as a product manager; Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria; Animate backlog refinement, planning, and reviews in an Agile or Kanban framework; Support the testing and validation phases of feeds and data; Collaborate with IT, data, functional and architectural consulting teams.The profile you are looking for is as follows: Have more than ten (10) years of experience in complex systems integration environments; Have proven experience as a product manager or business analyst; Understand data and event streams, including APIs, real-time, and batch processing; Have experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua; Knowledge of integration concepts including patterns, event architectures, monitoring and reconciliation; Have experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies; Be able to work with cross-team dependencies and interdependent systems; Experience in the financial services industry or B2B environment (an asset).
