Join BWZ as the Director of Growth Marketing, focusing on audience acquisition and conversion optimization. This role is essential for building a sustainable growth strategy, including hands-on management of paid acquisition and experimentation systems.In this role, you will be responsible for owning the paid acquisition strategy while also implementing conversion pathways that lead into BWZ’s key offerings. Your collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to optimize our audience products and refine our measurement techniques.
