## About the Role
We are looking for a Learning UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the digital learning experiences for our employees. This is a role where you'll design and optimize engaging, user-centered learning platforms while partnering with learning, technology, and business teams. You'll improve usability, accessibility, and adoption of our learning tools, ensuring a seamless experience for every learner.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week at our Dallas, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia location. No relocation is offered.
## What You'll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces specifically for learning platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to find opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.
- Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
- Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure all designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.
Your primary deliverables will include user research findings and recommendations, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, learner journey maps, design standards, style guides, usability testing results, and a UX enhancement roadmap.
## What We're Looking For
You should have strong skills in UI/UX design and human-centered design principles, user research and usability testing, and proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. We also value expertise in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards (WCAG), data-driven design and analytics interpretation, and experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred). Strong collaboration and communication skills are a must.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human
- Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, as well as experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences. Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments is a plus.

## Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for our Lead UX Designer roles is **$128,400.00 – $215,800.00 USD annually**. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Joining our team comes with amazing perks and benefits:
