In this role, you will report to the Area Director and partner with the National Service Centre HR Business Partner. Manage diverse HR functions, including hiring, employee engagement, and compliance with provincial regulations. Your leadership will help shape a supportive environment for staff across the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of Field personnel
• Maintain accurate HR records and facilitate reviews
• Direct health and safety committee initiatives
• Address payroll queries and manage benefits for employees
• Collaborate with managers for optimal workforce hours
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources
• HR Diploma or Degree from a recognized program
• Active pursuit of CHRP designation preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Must possess a valid driver license
