Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client needs and design effective Salesforce solutions
• Provide exceptional technical support to internal users
• Monitor and ensure stability across the Salesforce platform
• Identify and resolve production environment issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Fluent in both French and English
