This role is strategically positioned as the first dedicated HR Director for ThoughtFarmer and OXD. You will define people processes, coach leaders, and influence how both companies nurture talent and foster an inclusive culture. Reporting directly to the President, your work will provide immediate insight into company growth strategies and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive compensation and total rewards strategy
• Create clear career development frameworks for employees
• Ensure consistent performance management across both organizations
• Spearhead hiring strategies aligned with business needs
• Mentor managers in effective feedback and conflict resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in progressive HR roles, with 3+ years in leadership
• Expertise in compensation framework design
