As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver direct resident care and ensure compliance with all health standards.
This role includes conducting care assessments, facilitating care conferences, and coordinating resident care plans. You’ll actively supervise medication administration and work alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality service. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessments and service plans for residents
• Assist with scheduling and participating in care conferences
• Supervise medication handling and educate residents/families
• Coordinate nursing assignments for efficient service delivery
• Facilitate resident moves and transfers as necessary Requirements:
• Current RN registration in British Columbia
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Clinical knowledge for delegating care tasks
