How to apply (yes, this part's a little different)
Skip the cover letter. Instead, send us a "Care Before Crisis" mini-brief — a one-pager (Figma, PDF, deck, whatever you like) answering:
• Show us, don't tell us: Pick one product or app you use regularly and redesign one small moment in it to feel more proactive/preventative rather than reactive. Sketch it, mock it, whatever — quick and scrappy is great.
• In one sentence: What's a piece of your work you're most proud of, and why?
• Surprise us: One fun fact, hot take, or weird talent that has nothing to do with design.
Join us as a Product Designer to shape innovative digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences through creative design grounded in data-driven insights.
