Requirements
• Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present products, and support promotional activities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with retail partners.
• Solid Organization Skills, including time management, route planning, and accurate record-keeping for store visits and sales activities.
• Comfort working remotely and independently, with reliability in meeting schedules, territory coverage, and reporting requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and mobile apps for reporting and communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
