Reporting to the Manager of Digital Enablement, you will assess client needs, design functional solutions, and manage business application projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in managing complex IM-IT projects. You will coordinate technical implementations, communicate with stakeholders, and troubleshoot solutions while serving as the main contact for your service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document client IT requirement needs
• Recommend suitable IT solutions and develop business processes
• Manage all phases of business application projects
• Coordinate technical implementations and change management
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned service areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• Minimum two years managing complex IM-IT projects
• Three years delivering IM-IT solutions effectively
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Understanding of stakeholder management best practices
